Christine and her team were so responsive. We applied for pre-approval over a year before finding a house to buy, and she kept in touch the entire time. When our financial circumstances changed midway through, they promptly recalculated to maintain our pre-approval. I didn't even bother determining if other lenders had a lower interest rate because I was so pleased with Christine and her team.

Craig made our experience with getting our preapproval and later securing our loan, very easy. If we had questions, he answered them via email, text or call within minutes! His professionalism was amazing and appreciated!! A+++
